Team Registration Details

Team Size

2-4 Students
Each team must have a minimum of 2 members and a maximum of 4 members.

Age Eligibility

9-19 Years (as of July 2026)
Both younger and older students can participate at different levels.

Registration Fee

₹8,800 + Taxes
Per team (includes materials and participation)

Important Rules
  • Robot Sharing: Robots or students may not be shared between teams
  • Category Selection: Teams must choose one category: Rescue Line, Soccer, or OnStage
  • School Affiliation: Teams should ideally represent their school or educational institution
  • Code of Conduct: All participants must follow RoboCup code of ethics and conduct
  • Mentorship: Each team should have at least one adult mentor/coach
Registration Process
Step 1: Prepare Your Team

Form a team of 2-4 students and choose your category (Rescue, Soccer, or OnStage).

Step 2: Gather Information

Collect contact details of all team members and coaches/mentors.

Step 3: Fill Registration Form

Complete the online registration form with all required information.

Step 4: Make Payment

Pay the registration fee of ₹8,800 + taxes as per instructions.

Step 5: Confirmation

Receive confirmation email with further instructions and competition details.

Step 6: Start Preparing

Begin building your robot and preparing for the competition!
